ANNA HAJARE

Anna Hazare is known as a second Gandhi today. He is a driving force in initiating the anti-corruption campainge in the country. What was that which forced Anna to do this? After all, who is Anna Hazare?

Anna Hazare is a common Indian, though possesses equal importance as a celebrity does in India. Anna was frustrated. He wanted to end his life. He was without the answer of the purpose of human existence. One day, at the New Delhi Railway Station, by chance he saw one book with Swami Vivekananda's photograph and that book turned his life. He got the answer, the purpose of life. The answer he got is: Life is for the service of mankind, fellow humans.

As we are all aware how Anna influence is influencing Indians. He lighted and initiated the terrific war against corruption. And lakhs of indians are in support. From common persons to the high profile personalities have joined the AUGUST KRANTI.

Anna Hazare started a hunger strike on 5 April 2011 to exert pressure on the Indian government to enact a strict anti-corruption law as envisaged in the Jan Lokpal Bill.

At 74, he is fighting with the positive spirit and that has touched the Indians and took them out from their homes and offices to Ramlila Maiden, New Delhi. Anna said to media: "I have made the decision of my life. It is up to the government to pass the (Jan Lokpal) bill. If it is not passed in this session, I will continue my fast till my last breath."

Kisan Baburao Hazare, popularly known as Anna Hazare is a social activist from Bhingar, a small village near the city of Hinganghat, in Maharashtra. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan, the third-highest civilian award—by the Government of India in 1992 for his efforts in establishing Ralegan Siddhi, a village as a model for others.

Reservation

It is one of the sensitive and burning topics in India. From primitive age, it has been discussed and it's decaying the country. It will decay the country till the respect is not shown to the underprivileged class. Reservation is given to the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe people or rather I would say to the backward class of India. They were ignored from the very essence of life - Education. It is because of so-called Pundits.

Positively, it is one of the best steps taken towards the growth of the uneducated class or society. And all applaud goes to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. He worked hard under the sheer guidance and help of Jyotiba Phule and Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj.

Once they were called as Untouchables (still the neglectfulness is there). Why the necessity of reservation was is because of orthodox Hinduism, casteism. India was and is still divided in to the caste system. One of the worst things about India. And that is the root cause stopping India to be the most powerful nation.

In some of the states, people from this class are humiliated even though they are equally well versed, mannered and what not. However, they are some cases of misuse of the reservation quota.

To understand this needs clear study of India and Indian mentality. Now, let us see what Prakash Jha has come up with and how he has depicted the ever sensitive Indian issue with his upcoming film AARAKSHAN: INDIA VS INDIA.

Prakash Jha is one of the best directors in Bollywood industry and he always justifies the subject matter with the characters and production. He has given responsibility to a revered actor Mr. Bachchan, Manoj Bajpaiy, Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Junior Babbar. Let's hope there won't be any negative effect on the mass and all enjoy the serious theme and learn from it.

Togetherness makes India an incredible India!

Amitabh Bachchan

To pen about a man whose speaks less but his style says a lot about him is painstakingly for me. Before I write something about him, I set my mind with full focus on any one quality of him. Because what to write is a big QUESTION?

However, let me put something about a millennium megastar of ours one and only Mr. Amithabh Bachchan . He is so stylish that we cannot say anything about his style. By age he is getting older, though by style getting younger. If I am not exaggerating, he is one of the astonishing stars of today. When he comes in to picture, the so-called actors decrease their shine.

Amitji is a perfect icon. He is manner conscious and full of etiquette. His clothing sense, public speaking, anchoring, wearing glasses and French cut beard adds beauty in his personality. He is at 67 by physicality. But no one can say a little about his acting at this point of time. He is so keen about his profession that everyone respects him not only in Bollywood but also in the world of art. And that is why, we can see a statue him made up of candle in London. This shows his popularity all over the globe.

Amitabh Bachchan is much focused even when he does a small add like Hajmola with a kid and he makes us go mad in an artistic movie Nishabd. He has given 100% of his acting career in this movie. Those who has seen his psychological thriller 'AKS', have recognized his face expression and really talent.

BREATHING : a tool for JOY

Why is it so that living is becoming harder? Why so many human beings are suffering? If it is home or its office, people are pushing themselves. What has happened to this most intelligent creature of nature. We have been called 'human being' by ourselves means by ancestors. They applied their logic and given the term 'Human Being'.

It is proved that we are the best creatures among the others. Because we can think and implement. We can take an action. We're able to use the resources to create, to develop and so on...

However, I see that the fellow beings from all over the world habitat on the planet Earth are suffering. When I hear the words 'stress', 'tension', hyper-tension', I am not able to believe what is happening all around the globe. People are so much obsessed with their work, stretching it and working harder for money.

Nature has showered this living on us. This is very beautiful, wonderful and joyous. Nature is perfect. Then again the question, why is the disturbance?

I believe we are going opposite to our nature. What we used to live and how we used to live have been forgetting. The standards have been changed.

Though the modernization, we are still be able to cope up with this. There is one simple and original technique to distress our life. Just we have to be conscious about the breathing. Breathing is natural. It is the nature of existence. When we become conscious about breathing, mind naturally becomes relaxed, calm and peaceful. As we go on practicing this organic technique, we will be more joyous.

Breathing is a continuous flow. It is the mechanism of life. Breath is a bridge between birth and death. It is something which goes on in spite of us.

Note: Before you sit for practicing this technique, refresh yourself with water. Switch off the cell phone.Completely spare this time only for YOU.

How to practice this method:

Devote the next 20 minutes to yourself.

Sit on a mat in a neat and clean room (space). It is recommended to sit with crossed legs and with empty stomach.

Keep both the hands on the lap. Then put the right hand above the left hand.

Say to yourself that you're getting relaxed. The body as a whole is becoming relaxed. Slowly, you will be calm.

Now, feel the breath. Breath coming inside - going outside. Just, watch the breathing. You can feel the breathing at the nostrils. You can feel warm air coming in and going out from the nostrils.

For last 3 minutes, simply lay down.
