BREATHING : a tool for JOY

Why is it so that living is becoming harder? Why so many human beings are suffering? If it is home or its office, people are pushing themselves. What has happened to this most intelligent creature of nature. We have been called 'human being' by ourselves means by ancestors. They applied their logic and given the term 'Human Being'.

It is proved that we are the best creatures among the others. Because we can think and implement. We can take an action. We're able to use the resources to create, to develop and so on...

However, I see that the fellow beings from all over the world habitat on the planet Earth are suffering. When I hear the words 'stress', 'tension', hyper-tension', I am not able to believe what is happening all around the globe. People are so much obsessed with their work, stretching it and working harder for money.

Nature has showered this living on us. This is very beautiful, wonderful and joyous. Nature is perfect. Then again the question, why is the disturbance?

I believe we are going opposite to our nature. What we used to live and how we used to live have been forgetting. The standards have been changed.

Though the modernization, we are still be able to cope up with this. There is one simple and original technique to distress our life. Just we have to be conscious about the breathing. Breathing is natural. It is the nature of existence. When we become conscious about breathing, mind naturally becomes relaxed, calm and peaceful. As we go on practicing this organic technique, we will be more joyous.

Breathing is a continuous flow. It is the mechanism of life. Breath is a bridge between birth and death. It is something which goes on in spite of us.

Note: Before you sit for practicing this technique, refresh yourself with water. Switch off the cell phone.Completely spare this time only for YOU.

How to practice this method:

Devote the next 20 minutes to yourself.

Sit on a mat in a neat and clean room (space). It is recommended to sit with crossed legs and with empty stomach.

Keep both the hands on the lap. Then put the right hand above the left hand.

Say to yourself that you're getting relaxed. The body as a whole is becoming relaxed. Slowly, you will be calm.

Now, feel the breath. Breath coming inside - going outside. Just, watch the breathing. You can feel the breathing at the nostrils. You can feel warm air coming in and going out from the nostrils.

For last 3 minutes, simply lay down.

Zindagi Na Milengi Dobara

It is Farhan Akhatar's beauty to represent sensitive moments of life through Zoya Akhatar. Let me tell that Farhan is a creative and an innovative person. ZNMB is a simple movie if we look at the theme. However, it's meaningful for all of us. I would say Farhan has recreated 'Rock On' in a different way or Dil Chahta Hai. Both of them have relevance in their theme.

ZNMB is all about living life with fullest. As an Osho lover, I found Osho's messages all around the movie dialogues. Simply, a story of three friends: Arjun (Hrithik) a broker in London who believes to earn enough and take retirement at 40, Imran (Farhan) a copywriter in Ad agency and Kabir (Abhay) a hierarchy businessman of a construction tycoon. Kabir is going to get married with Natasha (Kalki Koechlin), an independent girl who is professionally interior designer. She has her own independent life philosophy. The trio decides the bachelor party and goes for a long tour to Spain.

In Spain, they meet Laila (katrina), a deep sea diving instructor. The trio goes for diving though Arjun has fear inside for diving. But, with the help of friends and Laila he tries and enjoys the moments in the sea. Laila inspires Arjun saying "swimming is like meditation. You can feel each breath and that's Life". And, then Arjun-Laila chemistry starts working towards liking each other.

Kabir likes Natasha and decides to get married with her is a top secret of this story. Their chemistry makes us laugh and create fun. I won't say anything about Imran's life. That's the part to watch. Naseeruddin Shah has a guest appearance.
This is the movie to fall in love with. It's all about overcoming of fear. If one can accelerate the mind-speed and overtake that fear which is lying in very innermost corner of the brain, life is JOY. You can be living fully with its vigor.

Now, just don't read, shut down the computer and get up and go to the theatre to cherish your life. Love your life and live the moments...

Goa

Goa, a place to be with yourself. Goa is one of the destinations in India, Asia. It is full of excitements to be there. Incredible India! Tourism of India has given 'Goa' its special importance as the hottest and coolest destination.

Goa is a place to experiment your joy, pleasure and happiness. Why to choose it for the destination is simply because of the beach and its friendly atmosphere and environment. It provides wide range of variety from all over the world. White sand, sparkling water, swaying palm are the essential reasons for you to be in Goa. Millions of people come and explore their world every year.

It is situated near by the Arabian sea and the Western Coastline of the country. For almost five hundred years, Goa is a solitary Portuguese outpost in India. You can still see the Colonial rule influence. As a destination, it has its own beauty. In Goa, the cuisine is available from everywhere. Here east meets west. Really, amazing to explore it with serene breeze and sickle of sand and rash of beautiful rocky bays. Goa is divided in to two parts as North Goa and South Goa.

In North Goa, Panaji, also known as Panjim, is a quiet achiever offering a glimpse into small town life for those who decide to hang their hat here for a spell. From here you can explore the still-Portuguese flavoured town of Old Goa, with its World Heritage listed churches and convents. The market town of Mapusa comes alive on Fridays with its raucous markets, and the beaches of Candolim and Sinquerim, though mainly visited by package-deal travelers and charter groups, offer some spectacular views.

South Goa includes territory from the provincial town of Margao, Madgaon, all the way to the border with the state of Karnataka. This area includes destinations such as Colva and Benaulim down to the popular resort of Palolem.

Margao, also known as Madgaon, is the main population centre of south Goa and is probably the busiest town in the state. If you’ve just arrived from the cities of ‘real’ India then the first thing that will strike you is how clean and tidy Margao is. Even though there is little to see or do here it’s worth stopping by zo see how Goa lives beyond the beaches.

You can reach Goa through all the way by air, road and train. The best and most suitable time to visit Goa is between the cooler months of November to March. The weather is wonderful, rain gives its own remembrance and the oceanic breeze makes us feel calm and clear. There are numbers of hotels and restuarants. You can visit as per your economy budget. Here is some of them:

Soul Vacation Resort and Spa
The Leela Kempinski Goa
Villa Anjuna
Palacete Rodrigues Holiday Home
Hotel Fidalgo
Resorte Santa Monica
Sodder S Renton Manor

Just, Goa is a place full of luxuriously facilities and variety. Also, motor biking, cruise and surfing are the thrills that add beauty to explore your oneness to make you cool. Enjoy being Goans for time being.

A Hidden Splendour

Someone asked God :
why to pray as everything is pre-destined ?

God smiled & said :
It is possible that I have written "As You Wish"
