thought

Before you think a thought you should think if it is worth thinking that thought. This is called conscious thinking. If you practice conscious thinking you will realize that most of the thoughts that come to you are indeed junky thoughts.

AAKROSH (2011)

Aakrosh is a stunning action-thriller movie. It has a strong theme. However, it did not gain much on box office. Because, these kind of movies are not meant for box offices. Even, as per the Indian mentality, most of the people do not like such a theatrical drama.

Priyadarshan has shown his talent on the shoulders of Ajay Devgan, Akshay Khanna, Paresh Rawal, Bipaasha Basu and Reema Sen. You can see Ajay (Pratap Kumar) and Akshay (Sidhant Chaturvedi) acting with expression. In the movie, Priyadarshan has shown a scene to scene copy of 1988 thriller Mississippi Burning.

This movie has really shocked me about the Indian condition shown in the film. Such a grueling, suffering of people. Two CBI officers (Ajay & Akshay) come to investigate the honour killing of three boys in Jhanjhar village, Bihar. And they find themselves in a catchy situation. It's terrible for them to even work because the police at local station did not help where Paresh Rawal (Ajatshatru Singh) is working. Pratap tries to uncover the case with his own tricks but Sidhant denies him to do so as he thinks that this will spoil the case. Here, we see a clash of personalities and ideologies.

Even, the local police station is headed by Bhura Ram with the help of local MP's and landlords run a major branch of the Shool Sena. Because of years of fear instilled in villagers by regular and highly planned Shool sena attacks, the CBI cannot find the clue as nobody is ready to be a witness. After sheer investigation they come to know about Roshni. A daughter of the most powerful and richest person of village. Through her, they reveal certain realities and give a new direction to the investigation.

The investigation leads mayhem in Jhanjhar with burning of houses, riots, killing of peasants in broad daylight. After all these, Pratap with Siddhant's help starts cracking the case by exerting his influence upon Bipasha Basu (Geeta) a victim to the same inhumanity. Who acts as a final key to the investigation?

How these brilliant and strong Delhi officers reveal the truth of Honour killing with a chain of exciting, funny and intelligent events that form the climax of the story.

Sex Tax Meters

It would look absurd on first place while hearing about sex tax meters. Yes, you are right. Germany has introduced 'sex tax meters'. The German city of Bonn has implemented "sex tax" meters for street prostitutes in an attempt to tax the oldest profession of the world.

In Bonn, prostitution is legal between 8.15pm to 6am, Monday to Sunday. Prostitutes who are working on the streets of West German capital will now have to buy a ticket from converted roadside vending machines before starting their working day.

A night's ticket will set a sex worker back £5.30, irrespective of the number of clients they have. If a police officer catches a sex worker violating this law; they will be fined or banned from working.

German government has taken a wise step towards strengthening economy. Don't you think so? What about India???
